Bio
Phantoms are a hardcore punk band from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, active since around 2009 and known for their relentless touring and aggressive, energetic style within the local and national underground hardcore scene. They’ve built a strong reputation over more than a decade, releasing demo recordings, EPs and splits, and performing alongside notable hardcore and metalcore acts across Australia. Their releases include demos, a full-length album As Above So Below on Trial & Error Records, and a split 7" Bad Romance with Canberra sludge band I Exist — all showcasing their blend of hardcore intensity, heavy riffs and pit-moving energy. Phantoms have toured extensively in Australia with fellow heavy bands and have been invited as support for international tours such as Comeback Kid’s Wake The Dead Anniversary Tour in early 2026, where they bring their aggressive hardcore sound to audiences in multiple cities.
