Project: Ultimate Satan are a Canberra-based Australian extreme metal band formed in 2019–2021 by musicians from acts including Inhuman Remnants, Black Mountain, Terravorous, Unholy Vendetta, and Somnium Nox. The band combines symphonic arrangements, orchestral textures, and cinematic storytelling with the aggression of blackened death metal, creating ambitious compositions that balance brutality with atmosphere. Their debut full-length album, *The Opus Satanas* (2024), is a six-part conceptual work featuring crushing riffs, blast-beat-driven intensity, orchestral elements, and dual vocal performances. Drawing on themes of persecution, retribution, mythology, and the occult, the album showcases the band's commitment to pushing the boundaries of extreme metal while maintaining a strong melodic and symphonic foundation.
