Pub Choir is an Australian musical project founded in Brisbane in 2017 by conductor Astrid Jorgensen. It transforms pub-goers into a choir within 90 minutes, teaching them popular songs in three-part harmony, culminating in live performances shared on social media. Known for its inclusive and joyful atmosphere, Pub Choir has raised significant funds for charities and launched the virtual Couch Choir during the COVID-19 pandemic. The project gained international attention with viral performances, including an appearance on America’s Got Talent, and continues to host events and tours globally.
