Bio
Riley Pearce is an Australian singer-songwriter and indie-folk artist originally from Perth, Western Australia, known for his heartfelt, reflective songwriting and melodic acoustic sound. He began playing guitar as a teenager — busking at farmers’ markets and playing open mic nights before developing a professional music career rooted in honest, narrative-driven songs. Since his 2016 debut EP Outside the Lines and breakout single Brave, Pearce has amassed over 100 million global streams across multiple EPs and albums, with many tracks featured on national radio and international TV series. His storytelling blends folk, indie and pop influences while exploring themes of change, nostalgia, personal growth, relationships and life transitions. Pearce has toured extensively, both in Australia and abroad, performing at major festivals and supporting acts like Lord Huron, Tash Sultana, Lifehouse, The Teskey Brothers and Lucy Rose. He has also received industry recognition including honours from songwriting competitions and featured placements in television shows such as Shameless and Shadowhunters.
