Bio
Rimmingtons is an Australian punk rock band from Sydney, known for their fast-paced, catchy sound rooted in classic pop-punk and “Ramonescore” influences. Formed around 2018, the group operates as a three-piece outfit and has built a reputation within the underground punk scene for their high-energy tracks, melodic hooks, and DIY ethos. Their music blends raw guitar riffs, driving drums, and rebellious, youth-driven lyrics that reflect traditional punk themes of frustration, identity, and nonconformity. The band gained attention with releases like *Rocket to Rimtown* (2023), their debut full-length album, featuring short, punchy songs that highlight their upbeat, no-frills punk style. They have also released tracks such as “Baby Rey” and “Wasted Time,” further establishing their presence in the modern pop-punk scene. With influences from classic punk acts and a sound comparable to bands like Teenage Bottlerocket, Rimmingtons continue to contribute to Australia’s punk movement through energetic recordings and live performances.
