Bio
Salsódromo is a Melbourne, Victoria–based live salsa ensemble formed by musicians including Mateo Garcia and Luke Adams. They made their debut in August (year unclear, recent) with a tribute performance to legendary salsa icons Willie Colón and Héctor Lavoe, playing to a sold‑out crowd and generating buzz in the local Latin music scene. The group performs classic salsa favourites and dance‑floor staples, featuring a full horn section, percussion and vocals, and aims to bring high‑energy, authentic salsa rhythms to live audiences across Melbourne venues. Their shows are designed for dancing and celebrate the rich traditions of salsa and Latin dance music.
