Bio
Scatter Light are a power‑trio hailing from Sydney, Australia (Northern Beaches / NSW), blending elements of 60s/70s rock‑and‑roll with modern psychedelia, indie rock and pop sensibilities. Formed around 2020, the band quickly earned a reputation for their dynamic, groove‑driven songs — characterized by swirling guitar tones, pulsing bass and drums, rich vocal melodies and a strong psychedelic flavour. Their sound pays homage to vintage rock roots while pushing into contemporary spaces, offering listeners a mix of nostalgia and freshness. Their debut single, Leave Some Room Inside Your Mind (2021), announced their arrival — layering classic rock sensibilities with modern psych‑rock textures and deep, introspective lyricism. Since then, they’ve continued releasing music including singles like Dream About You (2024) and Chemistry (2025), pushing their psychedelic‑pop‑rock style forward. On stage, Scatter Light are known for high‑energy performances, drawing together swirling phaser‑heavy guitars, driving rhythms and atmospheric grooves — delivering a sound that “fills any room.”
