Bio
Skirtless is a female-fronted pop-rock band from Western Sydney, NSW. They are known for their high-energy performances, strong vocal harmonies, and hook-driven songwriting that blends emotional intensity with a bold, modern rock sound. Their music draws influence from 90s grunge and contemporary pop, combining gritty guitar elements with polished melodic hooks. Lyrically, they explore themes of femininity, identity, and empowerment, often challenging conventional ideas of womanhood through unapologetic, expressive songwriting. The band has built a reputation within the Australian live music scene for their commanding stage presence and energetic performances, positioning them as part of the new wave of Australian pop-rock and indie acts emerging from the grassroots circuit.
