Bio
Sol Michael is a Sydney-based DJ and electronic music artist known for crafting emotive, genre-spanning live sets that draw on a wide range of influences — from electronic and breakbeat to ambient and deep dancefloor sounds. He first began performing publicly as a young talent and has played at numerous events across Sydney’s club circuit, including lineups at Schirrmo’s Bar, Civic Underground and other local venues. His Resident Advisor profile highlights genre-crossing sets shaped by inspirations such as Pink Floyd, Leon Vynehall and Assembler Code, with early experience sharing stages with established names and performing at well-known Australian music festivals and club events. In addition to DJing, Sol Michael produces original music that reflects his diverse taste, blending elements like electro, progressive, deep house, ambient, trip-hop and lofi into his own artistic output.
