Bio
South East London born + bred DJ/Producer Known for his energetic nature and cutting edge mixing ability, Stixy D has been a prolific representative of London and the UK's rich history in Dance music and rave culture. A purveyor of the underground rooted in old skool with fresh modern day flavour. At the tender age of 8 years old Stixy’s older brother taught him how to mix after acknowledging his interest. He began recording demos on mini disc and taking them to school to listen to throughout the day. After all his bedroom practice and his brother spreading the word, he got his first booking in June of 2009 at 15 years old at Club Life in Vauxhall. Since then he has gone on to play at some of the most iconic venues and parties, as well as sharing the stage with childhood idols and peers alike. Not to mention his successes as an artist with a growing production discography, releasing with staple labels such as Nervous Records and garnering airwave support from BBC Radio 1/1Xtra, Kiss and Rinse FM.
