Bio
Sun Run are a Sydney (Warrang)-based punk and hardcore band emerging from Australia’s DIY underground scene. Formed in 2022, the group brings together members of established local acts, combining their collective experience into a raw and energetic new project. Their sound blends punk urgency, hardcore intensity, and rock-driven structure, delivering fast-paced, aggressive tracks with a focus on immediacy and impact. Built from years within Sydney’s independent music community, Sun Run channel a DIY ethos into both their recordings and live performances. With early releases gaining attention on Unearthed and airplay across the platform, the band are quickly establishing themselves as part of the new wave of Australian punk and hardcore acts.
