Bio
DJ Sunshine is a veteran Australian DJ, producer and curator who’s been a fixture in the Melbourne electronic music scene for over two decades. She discovered electronic music as a teenager and moved from Perth to Melbourne in the late 1990s, where she honed her craft behind the decks at clubs and rave spots before becoming a regular on Saturday mornings at Revolver Upstairs and holding residencies at Poof Doof. Known for her uplifting and energetic DJ sets that span house, disco, techno and soulful grooves, she has played alongside international names and at major festivals like Beyond the Valley, Splendour in the Grass and Piknic Electronik. In 2016 she launched Disco Faith, a project combining her DJ sets with a live choir, and later founded Disco Faith Recordings to champion club music blended with disco and soulful energy.
