Bio
Superheaven is an American alternative rock band formed in 2008 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, originally under the name Daylight before changing their name in 2014. Known for their heavy, distorted guitar sound and emotionally charged songwriting, they are often associated with grunge revival, post-hardcore, emo, and shoegaze-influenced alternative rock. Their music blends gritty 90s-inspired grunge textures with melancholic melodies and introspective lyrics. The band gained attention with albums like Jar (2013) and Ours Is Chrome (2015), building a strong cult following in the underground rock scene. After a period of inactivity, they returned with renewed interest and continued influence on modern alternative and emo-inspired rock bands.
