Tamil Rogeon is a Melbourne-based composer, violinist and producer known for blending spiritual jazz with orchestral strings, Brazilian and Afro influences, and modern electronic textures. A founding member of the RAah Project, he has collaborated with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Victoria and artists like Harvey Sutherland and Aloe Blacc. His solo works, including Son of Nyx and Wave Theory, explore cosmic jazz, cinematic arrangements and deep rhythmic grooves, establishing him as a boundary-pushing voice in Australia’s contemporary jazz scene.
