Bio
Terrestrials are a rock/metal band from Melbourne, known for a dark, melodic sound that mixes elements of heavy rock, progressive metal, and atmospheric alternative rock. They debuted with a self‑titled EP (2016/‑17) that introduced their moody, emotionally charged style, and in December 2023 they released their first full‑length album Iridescent — widely praised for its songwriting, production, and blending of heaviness with melody and ambience. Terrestrials are also known for powerful live performances: their music draws inspiration from bands like Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus and Deftones while forging a distinct identity that balances aggression, technical precision, and emotional depth.
