The Dandy Warhols are an American rock band formed in Portland, Oregon, in 1994. Their sound draws from 1960s garage rock, Britpop, psychedelic rock, shoegaze, power pop and synth-pop. They are best known for songs including “Bohemian Like You,” “We Used to Be Friends,” and “Not If You Were the Last Junkie on Earth.” Their music has evolved considerably across their catalogue, from psychedelic and shoegaze-influenced rock to electronic/synth-pop and more recent garage/punk-oriented material.
