The Duke of Randwick is a Sydney-based Australian rock band whose music blends the swagger of Britpop with the raw energy of grunge and the melodic edge of indie rock. Drawing inspiration from bands such as Oasis, Nirvana, The Stone Roses, The Jesus and Mary Chain, New Order, Joy Division, Deftones, and The Strokes, the group has developed a sound that is both atmospheric and powerful—balancing soaring melodies with distorted guitars and deeply personal songwriting.
