Bio
The Haunted were formed by former members of the influential band At the Gates after that group initially disbanded. From the start, they combined the intensity of Swedish death metal with the speed and aggression of American-style thrash metal. Their early albums quickly established them as a major force in the late-90s/early-2000s metal scene. Over time, they developed a reputation for consistently heavy, tight, and aggressive songwriting, as well as strong live performances across Europe and beyond.
