Bio
The Ritzy Kids are a pop-punk band from the Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia. The project began during the COVID-19 lockdowns in late 2020 when frontman Sean Frazer started writing and recording demos with producer Mitch Willard. The lineup later expanded to include Andrew Renfrew (lead guitar, backing vocals), Jarrod Matthews (bass), and Scotty Magee (drums). Their debut EP Walking Talking Mess (2023) featured tracks like Crank The Stereo and Hollywood Famous. In 2025 they announced their first full-length album, High Side of Town, set for release on April 18, 2025, exploring themes of mental health, relationships, and growth. They have played headline shows at Oxford Art Factory and The Bridge Hotel, supported Australian acts like You Am I and The Bennies, and even contributed a track for the Central Coast Mariners’ championship season. Their sound blends energetic punk riffs with heartfelt storytelling, resonating with audiences in Australia and abroad.
