Bio
The Secret Beach is a Canadian indie folk project led by Micah Erenberg from Manitoba. The music blends folk, country, and rock with experimental and layered textures, drawing inspiration from artists like Gram Parsons, Beck, and The Byrds. Known for its collaborative nature, the project produces intimate yet expansive songs, with notable releases including Songs From The Secret Beach (2022) and the Juno-nominated We Were Born Here, What's Your Excuse? (2024). The project’s creative hub, a studio on an actual secret beach, heavily influences its distinctive sound.
