Bio
Tambourine Girls are an indie rock band from the Illawarra region of New South Wales. After the tragic loss of their close friend and bandmate Nick Weaver, the group returned with renewed purpose, releasing "All Substance No Style," produced by bassist Pat Harris and mixed by Tony Buchen. Drawing inspiration from bands such as The Shins, The Strokes, Tom Petty, and Crowded House, they craft melodic, guitar-driven songs that blend heartfelt songwriting with energetic indie rock. Their music balances catchy hooks, thoughtful lyricism, and a classic alternative rock sensibility, establishing them as a rising act in Australia's independent music scene.
