Bio

Tzekin is a DJ, producer and saxophonist. In his sets Tzekin plays Asian Club – k-pop edits, Dance Dance Revolution soundtracks, bullet hell OSTs, vinahouse, Japanese video game DnB, vintage mandopop and trance. His sets trace the lineage of fast + hard music in Asia by finding links in the mix between these sounds. In his productions he uses processed instruments to create thick chords that invoke memories of trance, ambient and improv music. As a producer, he wrote the album Skyline Death, an exploration of club, R&B and rap, with 12 vocalists/co-writers across Asia. Tzekin produced ballroom tracks featuring vocalist/producer Divoli S’vere on Gold Chainz and Kiko Kicks. He is a member of EDZ (Eternal Dragonz).
