Bio
Vanilla Gorilla is a seven-piece Australian band from the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. After a hiatus, the group returned with their third album, *Home* (2025), continuing their signature blend of blues, reggae, psychedelic rock, and hip-hop influences. Their music is known for combining laid-back coastal vibes with soulful songwriting, groove-driven rhythms, and expansive psychedelic textures. Formed around a shared passion for music, art, and nature, Vanilla Gorilla built a strong following through extensive touring and a genre-bending approach that draws from rock, funk, reggae, and blues. Releases such as *Colour Flow*, *Transcendence*, and *Home* showcase their evolution from surf-tinged rock beginnings into a broader, more experimental sound.
