Bio
Warbirds are an Australian rock power trio from Melbourne known for their heavy groove-based riffs, melodic rock songwriting, and powerful live performances. The band combines the raw energy of classic hard rock with influences from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s rock eras, adding progressive elements and emotive vocal melodies to create a distinctive modern rock sound. Featuring Anth Nekich (guitars/vocals), Luciano Alvaro (bass/vocals), and Danny Slaviero (drums/vocals), Warbirds have released EPs including *Almost In Reach* (2014) and *Control* (2017), followed by their debut full-length album *Order From Chaos* (2023). Their music has been compared to bands such as The Winery Dogs, The Tea Party, and Soundgarden, reflecting their blend of hard rock, groove, and alternative influences.
