Bio
Water from Your Eyes is an American indie pop and experimental rock band formed in Chicago in 2016 by vocalist Rachel Brown and multi-instrumentalist Nate Amos, later relocating to Brooklyn, New York. The duo gained recognition in the indie music scene for their genre-blending and experimental approach, combining electronic textures, art-rock ideas, and playful lyrical themes. Their profile grew with albums such as *Structure* (2021) and especially *Everyone’s Crushed* (2023), released through Matador Records, which brought wider critical attention. Known for inventive songwriting and unpredictable live performances, the group expanded into a touring band with additional live members in the early 2020s. They continue to release new material, including the album *It’s a Beautiful Place* (2025), while touring internationally.
