Wriding

Wriding are a four-piece slowcore band from Naarm/Melbourne, Australia, formed in February 2025. Their music combines slow, atmospheric arrangements with emotionally intense performances, exploring themes of rural despair, hardship, and isolation. Influenced by 1990s underground acts such as Slint, Songs: Ohia, and Bluetile Lounge, alongside contemporary bands Horse Jumper of Love and Shallowater, Wriding deliver a raw, atmospheric sound that balances restrained passages with explosive intensity.
