Bio
Xile are a British extreme metal band from Bristol, England, known for their modern take on deathcore and heavy hardcore-influenced metal. They emerged in the late 2010s as part of a new wave of UK heavy bands combining downtuned guitar brutality, breakdown-driven songwriting, and polished modern production. Unlike earlier deathcore acts, Xile’s sound is more contemporary, often incorporating elements of nu-metal groove and beatdown hardcore intensity. The band built recognition through strong DIY promotion, touring the UK underground circuit and sharing stages with other modern extreme metal and hardcore acts. Their releases and live shows are known for their high aggression, tight rhythmic focus, and mosh-heavy energy, making them a staple in UK heavy music lineups.
