Bio
YIBBY is a Sydney-based Ethiopian-Australian rapper, producer, and songwriter known for his genre-defying approach to hip-hop. Blending experimental production, soulful textures, and introspective lyricism, he creates atmospheric tracks that balance laid-back flows with creative sound design. Since emerging in Australia's independent hip-hop scene, YIBBY has earned support from triple j, FBi Radio, and other tastemakers through releases such as "No I.D," "Late Nights," "Syd City," and "Truth." His music reflects a distinctive artistic vision, fusing thoughtful storytelling with boundary-pushing production.
