Bio
Zalina (real name Lina Zabaleta) is a Colombian‑born DJ and producer based in Melbourne, Australia, known for her vibrant fusion of Latin American underground sounds with electronic club music. Originally from Bogotá, she has become a standout figure in Melbourne’s dance scene by blending genres like reggaeton, dembow, guaracha, cumbiatón, Latin core and Brazilian funk into high‑energy, bass‑heavy DJ sets that celebrate global rhythms and underground grooves. Zalina is also the founder and creative force behind Chuleo Club — a party brand that champions Latin sounds and community, providing a platform for diverse DJs and artists while fostering inclusive nightlife culture. Her sets are known for their sweaty energy, crowd connection, and rhythmic intensity that bridges Latin and electronic club worlds.
