Bio
Born in Budapest, raised in London and shaped by years spent between London and Bangkok, Zoárd navigates electro, acid, techno and psychedelic sounds with intent, with a fluid, instinctive approach to the dance floor. Zoárd’s sound favours tension, groove and hypnotic progression - drawing listeners into introspective, emotional spaces through darker textures, rolling basslines and unexpected moments. His sets move between high-energy dance floor pressure and reflective moments. His approach behind the decks aims to transport inward as much as outward, creating moments of reflection and emotional connection. As co-founder of London based collective Lunedance and a long-standing resident on Bangkok Community Radio, he has spent recent years immersed in the underground across both cities, developing a sound informed by community, record digging, and after-hours sensibilities. He has appeared at venues and parties including Outer Heaven and Le Bain (NYC), Chiave and All My Friends (London), alongside clubs across Thailand including Elsewhere, 12x12, Noise and Baba Beach Club. Over the years, he has shared lineups with artists including Jamie Jones, DOTT, Elaheh, Jos, Wildealer, Cem Özden, Choukroun and B.AI amongst others.
