Harlow is a multi-level bar in Richmond. The Ground Level and beer garden have the feel of a pub but all other levels are more like a bar. The Harlow Bar Rooftop is the other main attraction of the venue. With views of the Melbourne CBD skyline and a lot of seating room, it can be in high demand on a sunny afternoon in Summer.

Due to the venue having many levels, it will rarely reach capacity and get a long line. More likely is it is hard to get a seat in the beer garden or the rooftop or the dance floor gets a bit squashy.
