Harlow is a multi-level bar in Richmond. The Ground Level and beer garden have the feel of a pub but all other levels are more like a bar. The main differentiators of Harlow Bar are the underground level with a Dance Floor and the Rooftop. The underground level Dance Floor at Harlow Bar in Richmond can be a lot of fun, because it's small, with a low roof and loud. There doesn't need to be a lot of people there for it to be fun. The underground level is attached to the beer garden. The Beer Garden has a lot of plants and tables and feels like a backyard. So the dance floor can quickly escalate due to people in the beer garden seeing that it looks fun and joining.

The Harlow Bar Rooftop is the other main attraction of the venue. With views of the Melbourne CBD skyline and a lot of seating room, it can be in high demand on a sunny afternoon in Summer.
