Grace Cummings brings Bloodhorse! home this December, closing out a remarkable year with a run of headline shows across the
East Coast
.
Released in August through ATO Records and produced by Jonathan Wilson, Bloodhorse! has been met with acclaim at home and abroad. It received glowing reviews from Clash, Record Collector and Rolling Stone Germany, KEXP and PBS 106.7FM championed it, and Radio Eins named it Album of the Week. Beat called it “brilliantly bonkers.” It has now been shortlisted for the 2026 Australian Music Prize, Cummings’ second nomination after 2024’s Ramona, placing it among the nine finest Australian albums of the year.
Moving from gorgeous to grotesque, velvet to violent, Bloodhorse! is a record built to be heard live. Joined by her band (Miles Brown, Thomas Brooks, Louis King and Tex Keane-Cullen), Cummings will bring its full force to stages in M
elbourne, Sydney and regional Victoria
.
Joining her on the road is Kiwi (by way of Topanga Canyon) songbird Ny Oh.
