Paper Dress' 19th Birthday: Fela Kuti

PAPER DRESS VINTAGE TURNS 19

This year we're going AFROBEAT - celebrating the music and legacy of the legendary Fela Kuti

We've got a very special guest headliner lined up....we can't reveal the name just yet but let's just say this 7-piece have a direct connection to the original Afrobeat movement, a serious history with the saxophone, and a musical journey that stretches from Lagos to London and deep into the roots of Afrobeat and the acid jazz scene

We last saw them play at We Out Here and they've performed at Love Supreme, Ronnie Scott's, Jazz Caf, The Royal Festival Hall and beyond so it's a real treat having them play at our place!

Expect a huge night of live music and DJs spinning Afrobeat and Afro Disco grooves till late

Our birthday parties always sell out and the vibe is impeccable - grab a ticket now and come and join us for another huge milestone celebration!
