Playback Saturday: “Belonging” with Tim Garland

A deep listening experience in The Listening Room at Moonrays, 7 Denmark Street.

Hosted by Grammy-winning saxophonist and composer Tim Garland, this intimate session invites you to sit back and listen closely to Belonging by Keith Jarrett. Released in 1974 this album was the debut of Jarrett's "European Quartet", featuring saxophonist Jan Garbarek and rhythm section Palle Danielsson and Jon Christensen. The album will be played on vinyl through the Moonrays reference sound system.

Along the way, Tim will share observations, stories and a musicians perspective on the songs, arrangements and performances revealing details you may never have heard before.

One record. One room. Listen differently.
