TEEKS(NZ)

Award-winning Aotearoa soul sensation **TEEKS**, returns to Australia for live debut of the new music.

Musically gifted from a young age and raised on everything from traditional waiata and kapa haka to Bob Marley and Sam Cooke, Te Karehana Gardiner-Toi – better known as TEEKS – emerged in 2017 with the top-ten soul EP The Grapefruit Skies, for which he was awarded Best Māori Artist at the New Zealand Music Awards. He soared to number one in 2021 with his multi-platinum debut album Something To Feel, which won him Best Solo Artist, Best Soul/RnB Artist and Best Māori Artist at the Aotearoa Music Awards, MTV European Music Award’s Best NZ Act and Best New Artist at the 2022 Rolling Stone New Zealand Awards. In June 2026, he released his first single in more than two years, “My Boy”, challenging ideas about queerness and masculinity, signalling a new chapter of emotional candour.

A global sensation who has captivated audiences from the US to South Africa, TEEKS combines emotional catharsis, connection and culture to create a musical experience nothing short of the spiritual. Don’t miss his return to Australia in what is sure to be one of the most soulful and sensual shows of the year.
