Following our winter break, we're returning to FOLD for our first event of the year. This time, we invite the brilliant DJ and co-owner of Amniote Editions, Mama Snake, to play an extended set for us.
We have also commissioned the installation artist, laīna, to add a layer of extraterrestrial-inspired aesthetics to the night.
New York-based artist Sevyn 0000 joins the lineup, bringing her singularity as a new voice in the US techno scene to the fore of FOLD for her debut at the venue. Transdisciplinary talent, Makaan resident DJ, and MYTO co-founder S3BA also joins the lineup. Member of Copenhagen's Fast Forward label and co-founder of Belin's queer party series MP3, Mohajer will be on hand to blend old classic grooves while reflecting the raw, rhythmic intensity of her Persian roots. Completing the bill is Fillo Deportaberta, co-founder of Barcelona's FLINTA-supporting MUSA platform, and TM8 founder olesia.
