Four Pillars gin Laboratory

The Four Pillars Laboratory in Surry Hills combines all your gin-loving needs into one hub. On one side you'll find Eileen’s Bar, where we serve up G&Ts and our latest flavour experiments. And on the other, is what we call the “Gin Lab,” a space where we make limited batches of seasonal gin and host hands-on gin experiences. Come on in and taste our next-level cocktails or book yourself in for a Gin Workshop. You can also stock up on all your favourite Four Pillars gins, marmalades and other gin-related bits and bobs in our Gin Shop.
