Bio
ALIBII is a Sydney-based indie duo blending alternative pop, indie rock and synth-driven production. Formed by Will and Court (Courtney) while studying songwriting at JMC Academy, the pair began crafting emotionally charged music that fuses gritty guitar energy with glossy electronic textures. Their songs explore themes of mental tension, self-reflection, love, and personal struggle, often delivered through melodic hooks and dynamic production. Since emerging on triple j Unearthed, ALIBII have released singles like “Figure 8,” “Fool,” “So What,” and “Repeat,” building momentum in Australia's independent music scene. Known for their shapeshifting style and cinematic edge, ALIBII refuse to be boxed into a single genre—experimenting instead with mood, atmosphere, and intensity to create a signature dark-pop energy.
