Bio
Betty Taylor is an indie/alternative band from Brisbane, known for their emotionally driven songwriting and dynamic blend of indie rock and pop influences. The group has built a steady following through heartfelt releases and strong support from platforms like triple j and its Unearthed scene. Betty Taylor’s music is characterized by introspective lyrics, melodic guitar work, and expressive vocals, often balancing softer, vulnerable moments with more energetic, anthemic sections. This contrast gives their songs a relatable, coming-of-age feel that resonates with a young audience. They’ve gained attention through singles and live performances across Australia, sharing stages with other emerging acts and appearing on national tours. As a developing act in the Australian indie scene, Betty Taylor continues to grow their presence with new releases and consistent touring.
