Bio
Divers are an indie rock band from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, formed by four longtime friends originally as a studio project in 2019 that soon evolved into a full band as they discovered their sound and began performing live. Their music blends indie, rock, pop, and experimental influences, creating a dynamic and often dreamy sound that ranges from breezy, nostalgic melodies to more adventurous, layered arrangements. Songs like *“The Great Tree”* and *“Daytime Wanderer”* showcase their range, while releases such as *“That’s Time Flying”* and *“Security”* reflect their emotionally resonant and exploratory approach to songwriting. Divers have connected with audiences through strong support from triple j Unearthed and have earned recognition within the Australian indie scene. They are known for their creative DIY ethos, recording music in their own studio and building a community around their sound.
