The Freestylers are a British electronic music duo (Matt Cantor and Aston Harvey) formed in 1996 in London. They are known for blending breakbeat, big beat, hip-hop, ragga/reggae, and bass-driven electronic music, creating energetic, dancefloor-ready tracks. Their debut album We Rock Hard (1998) and hits like Push Up established them as pioneers in the UK breakbeat and electronic scene. Over the years, they have continued to evolve, incorporating drum & bass, dubstep, and other bass music while performing globally.
