Jeremy Loops is a South African singer, songwriter, and live-looping musician known for his upbeat blend of folk, pop, and electronic-influenced acoustic music. Born Jeremy Thomas Hewitt in Cape Town, South Africa (Kommetjie), he began gaining attention in the early 2010s with his energetic live shows and self-released EPs. His breakthrough came with the debut album *Trading Change* (2014), followed by *Critical As Water* (2018) and *Heard You Got Love* (2022). His music often combines feel-good folk-pop with hip-hop, reggae, and electronic influences, alongside themes of travel, connection, and environmental awareness.
