King 810 (pronounced “King eight‑one‑oh”) is an American heavy metal band from Flint, Michigan, formed in 2007. The group built a reputation for its intense, visceral style of music and hard‑hitting live performances rooted in the harsh realities of life in their hometown, including crime, poverty, and social struggle. They first gained attention with their independent EP Midwest Monsters (2012), which led to a deal with Roadrunner Records and the release of their debut studio album Memoirs of a Murderer in 2014. The band has continued releasing albums and cementing a dedicated following through powerful, often controversial performances and raw lyrical themes. King 810 has also toured internationally, including appearances at major festivals and tours with heavy acts, and in 2026 they embarked on their first headline tour of Australia.
