Melati is a London-based artist, DJ, promoter, and venue manager. They’re known for a strong technical mixing style, energetic sets, playful yet intense sonic textures, and a sound that both thrills and dances between structure and psychedelic exploration. They hold a Masters in Architecture, which influences their interest in the spatial, social, and political roles of nightclubs in cities — i.e. thinking about clubs not just for dancing but as community / sanctuary spaces. Melati runs or curates SLIVER, a trance-techno event or night that specifically centres FLINTA+ & Queer communities. Their involvement spans being an artist and also activism / community organising through music & spaces.
