Randy Roy is a Melbourne-based Australian drag performer and performance artist active on the local circuit since 2017. Working primarily as a drag king, Roy’s shows combine costume design, character work, comedy, and occasional live singing, drawing on popular culture, film, and classic-rock aesthetics as creative inspiration. Their performances emphasise theatrical transformation and gender expression, and they have appeared regularly in Melbourne drag venues and competitions, including reaching the Victorian final of Dragnation early in their career. Roy describes drag as a space for creativity and identity exploration, producing their own costumes and presenting eclectic, over-the-top stage acts shaped by cosplay and media tributes.
