Bio
STAGEFRIGHT (real name *Oscar De‑Fazio*) is a Melbourne‑based DJ and selector rooted in the underground electronic music scene. He first appeared on Resident Advisor in 2012 and has been active in Naarm/Melbourne clubs ever since, particularly known for gigs at venues like Howler. His sets are built on raw energy and rhythmic drive, blending elements of ghetto tech, hardgroove, techno, and electro into powerful, body‑moving selections that thrive in late‑night club environments. Central to his style is a taste for tension and release — straight‑forward, hard‑hitting and crafted for dancefloor impact. STAGEFRIGHT has played alongside international and local underground heavyweights, supporting acts such as Matrixxman and other forward‑thinking techno artists, steadily carving out a reputation as a fierce and unpredictable presence in Australia’s electronic music landscape.
