The Tullamarines are an indie‑rock quartet from Adelaide, Australia — made up of Josh, Angus, Benny and Lucinda — who met through the city’s vibrant gig circuit and bonded over a shared passion for songwriting. They produce warm, honest, and emotionally direct music — often described as “cosy‑pop.” Their songs mix jangly guitars, rich vocal harmonies and thoughtful lyrics exploring life in your 20s: love, anxiety, growing pains, and self‑reflection. Since their formation (around 2021), they’ve released multiple EPs and singles — including Ugly Cry (debut EP), and more recently Safety Blanket — and earned growing acclaim with support from national radio station triple j as well as slots at major festivals and shared stages with established acts. Their live shows are known for heartfelt energy, genuine connection with the audience, and a vibe that feels intimate and inclusive — like catching up with an old friend over a cup of tea.
