Freedom Road Re-Imagined brings together extraordinary archive photography, filmed footage and a powerful live ensemble in an intimate, immersive musical experience.
Featuring the work of celebrated photographers Charlie Phillips OBE and Vanley Burke, and led by vocalist and artistic director Sabina Dsir with musical direction by Jessica Lauren, the production explores Black British life, identity, resilience and belonging through music and image.
With an exceptional line-up of acclaimed musicians, including award-winning drummer Winston Clifford and Paul Hamlyn Award recipient Jason Yarde, expect a richly layered journey through soul, blues, jazz and beyond.
