Bio
Daezy is an Australian indie‑pop/rock band from Naarm (Melbourne), Victoria, formed in early 2024. Fronted by Daisy Bateman a former professional Australian rules footballer turned musician the group blends heartfelt indie pop with rock and funk‑leaning elements to create uplifting, emotive originals. Their sound draws inspiration from artists such as San Cisco, London Grammar and Middle Kids, resulting in catchy hooks paired with honest, relatable lyrics. Daezy’s debut single Forever dropped in late 2024, followed by their debut EP See Me Standing in April 2025. The band quickly gained traction on triple j Unearthed and progressed to headline shows and notable support slots including gigs with The Rions at The Forum and performances across Melbourne venues. Their live shows are known for high‑energy performances and a strong connection with audiences.
